You have an issue with a 360 video or a 3D video

Make sure to upload 360 videos whose size is inferior to 2 Go.

The vectorization of a 360 video consists in creating what we call the 3D video :
– it extracts a set of continuous 360 images from the 360 video
– it reconstructs the captured location in 3D so as to create 3D interactive points in the images

Upon launching the vectorization process, an administrator needs to define :
– the name of the 360 video
– an offset (in seconds) at the beginning and an offset (in seconds) at the end of the video to choose the exact range of the 360 video
– the frequency of the images to be kept ; the frequency is defined in frames per second, and should be equal or lower than the initial framerate of the 360 video (usually at 30 fps) ; please note that a lower frequency will increase the number of distant points in the images

In the back-office, at the far right on the line of the 3D video, click on the ‘download’ button to launch the download of a 3D video.
